Hey! It's really got a cool mood! i don't know if it's intentional but looking at the angle of the mouth and nose.. u should see his right eye ifu know what i mean.
Ya I'll try adding some more rain to see how it looks Sean. And Jeff, unfortunately I can't change his face because the actual PSD is file back in Ottawa D: so the I 'd be painting over the texture. Thanks for the crit tho and I'll try to be more careful next time...
